Fisher Towers Trail Moab UT

The Fisher Towers are composed of Menkopi and Cutler sandstones, and have eroded into many fantastical shapes.  Climbers occasionally scale these mud-stone towers.  The trail is 2.2 miles one way with an elevation gain of 670 feet.
As you can see from the pictures the views are fantastic. 








Even with my wide angle lens it is hard to grasp the size of the towers.  Looking at the specks that are hikers helps but you have to be there and look up to really appreciate the beauty and awe of it.
